Help I need to know what motor it is

I recently got a pretty cool little cafe racer, traded an old mg coupe that needed a full resto for it. I have discovered that it is 61 BSA frame with a pre unit Triumph motor and an late 80's Kawasaki front end. The bike is currently not running, the previous owner decleared it a death trap and parked it over 8 years ago, and I believe that I am going to need to buy some parts to bring her back to life. What I cant figure out is what motor it has in it. Is there a good site that can help me identify the motor by the numbers? In other words is it a 500 or a 650 and what did it come from orginally. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
Charles

Hey Charles,

I think you need to post as many pictures as you can of the engine and I'm sure someone her can identify it for you. Good Luck.
