Hi All
I had a little time this weekend and thought i would highlight the nice engraving on my predators. What do you think?
Cheers John.

He highlighted them red -- looks great, but what did you use and how durable will it be?

Ill guess some high heat/grill type paint...and wiping the surface clean while it was still wet...

I used heat resistant paint. It is a pretty close match but i figured that the engraving was so small it would be fine. I also thought of using black i think it would show up more.
The paint is used on bar b ques so i think it will stand up ok, 1200 degrees apparently. The rear of the pipe does not get that hot anyway.
John.

Thats about it... I masked off just around the engraving, then sprayed it pretty heavily so it would fill up the low parts. Then left it about 5 minutes, then came back with a 4000 grit wet abralon disk. They are cloth backed disks used in the final polishing of paint and clear finishes. It took only a few minutes to remove the excess paint.
Cheers John.
