It would be nice, but as I said earlier it wouldn't actually be necessary, setups such as the 6 piston Beringer will pretty have you doing 2 finger stoppies.

I have a hunch that you may be able to lace a TBS hub onto a Bonneville rim (havent checked the spoke count) or at least have a custom rim of the desired size fitted. The biggest problem would be the fork leg has no caliper mount. Triumph addressed this with the twin disk kit for the America by selling the lower leg in the kit but the whole thing was hugely expensive, and then very expensive to have fitted (should you not feel up to a fork rebuild).
I agree there is a market but I wonder if the eventual cost would prohibit sales.
