1997 Triumph Daytona T595, converted to speed triple / café racer. Strontium yellow, 955cc, 3 cylinder, fuel injected, 6spd, single sided swing-arm. ~14k miles, 2nd owner, CLEAN TITLE in hand. Tons of modifications, upgrades, accessories and maintenance. Selling for something easier on my junk knees, i just can't deal sportbike ergo's. I'd like to get something better suited to light touring 2up riding [fz1?]. Trades considered [jedi mindtrick: you know you want to trade me that new gs1200.....]

Editorialising:
I like to tinker as much as ride, I have lavished attention on this bike, it's gotten way more love than mileage. It's insanely fun to ride, an absolute gigglefactory. It is an assault on the eyes and ears. It will bring out your inner hooligan. It gets the thumbs up's from sportbike guys, harley guys, porsche guys and loose women. Little kids will think you're a superhero.

Sad Story / Epic Saga: The bike was knocked over while parked downtown [driver left a note, yay karma!] which cracked / rashed the main fairing panels, mirrors, turn signals, etc. This prompted the naked conversion. The tank and tail, frame, swingarm, etc were not damaged. The claim is fully documented and the bike was inspected and a damage estimate done by Monroe Motors. All daytona body panels have been sold.

Conversion details:
The bike is running a stock speed triple top triple clamp and gauge mounting bracket with the original gauges. Spiegler ss/braided lines [$200], S3 1050 clutch cable [Teflon lined, upgrade] and S3 t509 speedo cable. Bars are black 1 1/8 oversize superbike bars, mounts are Moose racing on spacers I had machined. The headlight is a single 7” round kit from aztec8.com. Headlight and mounting brackets are powdercoated black. Note that the mileage on the gauges is lower than actual. I had a bicycle speedometer on the bike for a while during the conversion.

Modifications:
- Ported matched intake exhaust manifolds and intake butterflies [thinned for better airflow]
- balanced injectors to 2% by factory pro in san rafael
- k n airfilter
- Tuneboy key for ecu [http://www.tuneboy.com.au/] like a powercommander but far more sophisticated. Allows full control over fuel spark maps in the ecu, not an ecu signal modifier [like the pc3]. I do not have the tuneboy cable or software, but this can be bought if you want to do your own tuning.
- custom tuneboy tune by Derek at motolab. Put down 105rwhp on his very conservative and accurate eddy current brake dyno. Dyno charts available. Also lost all of the infamous stalling / hesitating / hot start problems that these bikes tend to have on triumph’s tunes.
- racetec valves and springs, catridge emulators in front forks for 190lb rider
- carbon fiber hugger / chain guard
- rear wheel axle nut covers [painted black to match wheel]
- skyking frame sliders
- skyking fender eliminator
- mini turn signals
- pazzo levers – black, short
- crg lanesplitter mirror [1 with the bike]
- gel grips
- real carbon fiber tank protector
- leo vince aluminum pipe, cut down 4", logo removed, flipped for 'clean' look.
- late-model Daytona 1-pc shift lever, replaces multi-link contraption.
- quick release seat pins
- power take off [bmw style]
- some more ish i'm sure i've forgotten but am too lazy to dig thru the 1000 receipts i have.

Maintenance:
All new or very recent: rebuilt alternator, repacked pipe, xring 520 chain sprockets [ 2 rear], coolant recently flushed, plugs [denso iridium], oil [redline or m1 full synth], filter [triumph only], cleaned K N, brake pads, battery [upgraded yuasa], fuel filter, thermostat, etc. Fuel connector recall done. Front tire is at about 50%, rear at about 70%.

Accessories and extras:
- passenger pegs included [off in pics]
- Triumph rear paddock stand
- factory service manual
- rear seat and cowl cover
- triumph tank bag specific to this bike
- socket for rear wheel nut triple clamp nut
- 2 keys, owners manual, service documentation
- 3 boxes of extra parts - sprockets, body pieces, airfilters, stock parts, controls, fuel sender, etc.

Issues Imperfections:
- It's a 10 year old bike, VERY well taken care of but still has a few marks and such.
- Some small paint scratches on frame from tipover.
- Original tank developed a leak, caused a slight stain on the frame.
- Replacement tank is a VERY good, but not perfect, paint match [impossible color].

Asking 4300. But i love to negotiate so try me. Email or PM me with a phone #. Happy to show, test rides are fine w/ a deposit and m1. Happy to take CA bank / cashiers checks, personal checks [if you don't mind waiting for it to clear], paypal, etc. I find scammers and lowballers entertaining as hell so bring it ON!.

Thanks!
