Description: Currently for sale on Ebay: 2007 Triumph Rocket III Motorycycle in EXCELLENT condition. This is the rare Black/Black combo with a solid black paint job along with the black engine instead of the silver one.

There is currently only 3,250 miles on the odometer. I am selling the bike because my Wife and I simply just do not have the time to ride it.

I am the original owner of the bike. It was purchased on August 26, 2007 from North County Yamaha/Triumph in San Marcos, CA about 30 minutes North of San Diego. It had 2 miles on it when I bought it. I am the Triumph RAT Pack President for Northern San Diego County. This bike has been meticulously maintained. It is always kept in the garage when it's not being ridden. It's never been in the rain and it's never been dropped or down. It had it's scheduled 500 mile service at the same dealership it was bought from; mentioned above.

After I got it home, I added a Rivco License Plate Relocation Bracket to clean up the rear end and show off that huge rear tire. I also added a pair of PIAA 1100X Driving Lights mounted on the lower fork legs. These lights throw out a HUGE amount of light on the road for extra night-time visibility. There is a thumb controlled switch next to the left grip to turn these lights on & off independent of the stock headlights. I also added an Auxillary Power Plug on the lower left side of the bike, where the Triumph plug wires in. This enables you to charge your Cell Phone, Ipod, GPS System, etc., while riding. All wiring modifications were soldered and wrapped in heat-shrink tubing. No shortcuts or cheap plastic clips.

To increase the power and torque (like it needed it....lol) I added the Triumph "Off-Road" Pipes, (Part #A9608060) along with the Triumph "Muffler Upgrade Kit", otherwise known as the Cat-Bypass, (Part # A9600160). This combination basically adds about 10 HP and 10 Ft. Lbs. of Torque, putting the bike somewhere around 150 HP and 157 Ft. Lbs. of Torque. Yes, it's FAST!!!!!!

I also added a Triumph Sports Screen Kit (Part # A9748048) to help guide the air up & over the riders helmet. This made a significant improvement with deflecting the windblast, without having a giant windscreen on the front of the bike. It does just enough and greatly helps quiet up the background noise when talking to a passenger through a Chatterbox system.

For the comfort of the rear passenger I added the Triumph Sissy Bar and Luggage Rack. The Sissy Bar is the "short" version (Part # A9738071). I do have all the stock parts needed to convert the bike back to the standard look without the Sissy Bar or Luggage Rack and these parts are included with the auction.

Both the Riders Seat and the Passenger Seat have been upgraded to the Triumph Touring Gel Seats (Part #'s A9701142 & A9701143) which are way more comfortable than the stock seats and you can really feel the difference after an hour or so in the saddle. The Sissy Bar Pad was also upgraded to match the Touring Gel Seats with Part # A9701145.

Finally, I also added the Triumph Tank Pad (Part #A9718006) to prevent any scratches from occuring on the gas tank from belts, zippers, etc. It also makes for a nice place to rest your left hand during longer rides, without your glove marking up the tank.

There is no mechanical or cosmetic damage or issues with this bike. It runs perfectly and everything works flawlessly. If you live close by or have a trusted friend or relative in the area, I will gladly take you or them for a ride to demonstrate that all is in working order.

I will also include the Official Triumph Service Manual for the Rocket III with this auction.

As you can see, there is easily over $2,500 in modifications done to this bike.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
