3ta valve guides

I got this 3ta and the engine was smoking and the exhaust valves are loose in the head is there a solution

Oversize guides pressed in to carefully re-bored guide holes in the rebuilt head. You want to have your machinist carefully measure the openings after removing the old guides, and compare to the book specs to order the proper oversize guides.

Oh right so the +2 guides refer to the external diameter is this a normal problem with these motors as am doing it for a friend nice little motor compared to my t140

"Normal" depending on how hard the bike was abused, and how little it was maintained.

I've seen several like that.
