1971 OIF T120R rocker oil feed

Anyone out there had any problems with oil feed to the rockers on one of these bikes?
I have a new morgo oil pump, checked all the connections, taken apart and blown air through the rocker feeds, injected oil into the rubber pipe and got it oozing from the rocker shaft/bushings, oil returns to the tank fine. even if I pup my finger over the oil return to temporarily try and divert the flow to the rockers nothing (or very little) seems to emerge. In my previous experience with (admittedly older) Triumph motors there always seems to be plenty of oil hanging about in the rocker boxes.
At least mine don't leak!!!
