1970 T100 Subframe fasteners

Hi,
I am in the process or rebuilding a 70 daytona t100t (uk spec) unfortunately i stripped the bike a good few years ago and had a subsequent flood that meant a lot of fasteners got consigned to the bin. i ma having trouble getting the right size fastener to secure the subframe to the main frame. the fasteners in question are the bolts next to where the peg bolts go through.
the parts book says they should be 5/16 x 7/8 UNF (part No 14-0115). the length is about right but the dia is wrong. does anyone know the correct dia thread please.

Call a parts supplier and order it by part number. Make sure that you're looking at the parts manual for the correct year as there were many minor changes over the years and lots of 'supercede' parts.

t100rc i am definetly using the correct parts book as everything tallies with the bike. apart from these bloody bolts. i can get a 7/16 unf to turn a couple of threads int the hole so wondering if they could be a 7/16 cycle thread 26tpi.
there is a similar issue on the head steady bolts as the thread on them is 3/8" Cycle 26 tpi, the parts book reckons they should be 5/16 unf.
