Hi Don, if you can't get one in the States, check out THIS company in the UK.

Is this what you're after

Hi Woolly,
My old seat was rusted beyond repair, so i replaced with with a reproduction....It only took two hours of trial an error to get it to fit where the seat was centered.... But i'm anal about things being straight or centered....The latch was shot as well...What i need is a folding latch that hooks onto the seat clip and than springs down..

Thanks for replying though, Don
