Not sure what you are asking?

Is a springer front end safe? Or is your springer front end built right and safe?

Myself I would not run an extended springer.
A guy I used to know (notice I said used to know) had his come apart on him and the wheel fell off launching him into a telephone pole.
He was wearing one of them belts around his waist made from a primary chain that was popular back in the 70's and the EMT's said that it was the only thing that kept his guts from from spilling out.
Not a pretty picture.

negative feedback is sometimes the most possitive, appreciate the imput, never rode with one before, also told they like to go into speed wobble,i,m inclined to go with a jap front-end set-up with a safer front disk brake system,650 yamaha twin disk is what was on my last ride and it was quite at home, not a problem, with this i,m gona say i,ll leave the good looks for the camera, paul

Springers do look cool -- I think I still have an old set up stuffed away in a corner of my shop somewhere. The chrome is trashed and one of the rockers is missing if I remember correctly.
I picked it up with a bunch of parts I bought one time and it was just thrown in the deal so the other guy could clean it out of his garage.

The Yamaha set up is the way to go in my opinion. When you find a donor Yamaha just remember to snag the neck bearing races.
