amal 930s set same but rich on one side

my right cylinder is fouling plugs and no matter what i do it is rich. the carbs have been torn down compleatly and soaked in an ultra sonic tank and then probed out and every oriface and port cleaned. the needles are .106, main jets are 220, 928 slides, air screw is out 1.5 turns.

the motor is new.

i have had this bike for about 2 months and have never had a ride over 3 or 4 mi without it fouling out. i have gotten 14 pairs of plugs ranging from b9s b8s and b7s all have the same result

Check the float. Make sure it's set the same depth as the left side. A high setting float will run rich.

I know I have a single carb head but, I read in my manual that the right cylinder runs richer than the left. Is this a TR6 thing or is a Triumph thing in general?

Check your valve clearances, especially the inlet when cold. If it's too tight, you can see that sort of behavior. It's called triple carbing. A leakdown test will tell much.
