aftermarket pegmount?

i want to fit some new pegs on my '73. instead of using the word Harley, i'll say i want to fit a more conventional/folding peg on my bike. i know i can cut, grind, drill, weld, some sort of mounting bracket. but the stock foot rests are cast, and a pain in my ass for welding.

anyone know of the easy road to mount new folding pegs?

or will it be like the rest of the bike and fight me every inch of the way until i'm throwing sh1t, bleeding, and pissed?

thanks,

branden

Classic bikes demand precision machining and only the rarest and most expensive parts to replace original with anything else that will look correct.

Unless, of course, it's a Triumph, and you don't give a rat's gnarly tail what anyone else thinks of how it'll look.

In THAT case, I'm sure you can fabricate something perfecly acceptable in no time at all.

NOW GET TO WORK!

TR6C folding foot mounts

I put the TR6C folding pegs on instead of the rigid for the T120/TR6R, reduces space when needed. Unless you are looking for a specific look or feel.
