68 Triumph Bonnie frame wanted

I really only need the main front section.

I'd prefer that it was in unmolested condition.

It must have a '68 series T120R stamping between DU66246 - DU85903.

I already have a freshly powdercoated '68 frame, DU84XXX, but it has been "cleaned up" by removal of the coil mounting web & head steady clips, and the fuel tank mounting bracket has been replaced with a pair of lighter guage home-made tabs.

I'll gladly swap even and pay shipping as an option if someone is building a non-resto, non-matching '68 Bonnie. Basically, you'll get your powdercoating for free; I'll include the rear clip & swingarm if you want, an even better deal, if you send me yours in good shape.

This is for my PERSONAL use, NOT for re-sale or profit in any way including trading.

There's a shop in Tulsa, OK, called Jack's that is very likely to have what you need. I seem to remember the owner saying something about having Bonnie frames in the back of the shop but I don't recall why she had them. Regardless, it's worth a call to the shop to find out.

Thanx for that lead. I got one lead on a 69 frame, but I'd really rather have the 68.

They don't know what it is, but maybe if you can get the #s you can figure it out.

Better off talking to him than just looking at the website.
