a guy has offered me a triple he says he does,nt know what they are worth this one is freshly rebuilt motoor ?? freshly powdercoated frame just needs to be asembled he also says its 85%-95% complete anybody want to venture a number of what its worth tia guys

It's kinda hard to put a figure on a basket case. Don't know the reputation of the engine rebuilder or how much "rebuild" was actually accomplished or what the 85% that is there amounts to. There could be some pretty big stuff missing in the last 15%. Sorry can't be more help. Maybe some pictures would help us assess the value a bit better.
