Yep, probably. It could also be the seal in the cover on the primary case for the gearbox mainshaft, but you shouldn't have put enough oil in the primary to get to that point. Either way, you should replace it when you take the clutch and cover out to get the sprocket off to get to the gearbox seals. There's a large seal, a small seal, an o-ring, and the seal in the primary cover to do, as well as the primary cover gasket. While you're in there, check the clutch plates, springs and push rod over. While you have the sprocket off, also check that the small closed-end roller bearing for the layshaft is not leaking - just forward of the mainshaft.
