Not running on both cylinders

I got a 79 bonne 750 and I just put the carbs back together, and when i fire it back up it will run on both cylinders for a bit and then it drops down to one. Do i need to have carbs tuned? Im kinda at a little wall here

Same problem, but in my case it turned out to be a bad plug.

Obvious one

This may be too obvious, but are they both getting enough gas? It could be a restriction in one of the lines or fittings is preventing adequate gas flow to that carb.

Im trying new plugs and wires, the wires havent been replaced in a while as the look of them, the fuel lines are clear tube minus a aluminum fuel filter, I think im getting equal fuel on both sides. But that might be something I should just put into the just because it could save me money bin.
