I want to run it with nothing in there.
I've seen bikes that have had the primary case cut to show the the clutch assembly.
I'm not planning on cutting it open.

Andy,is there a plan as to why you do not want oil in the primary ? The roller bearings behind the clutch still need lubricant along with the chain and sprocket teeth.Oil in the bottom of the primary is the best method of lubrication.
I've owned this bike since 1990 & there wasn't one in, looked into fitting one, there's no room for one. Bike works fine without it.
I don't know who this person is you want me to call or where he is located. I live in the UK.
