hello, this is my first post. im really glad i found this site. i just got a 76 bonneville, and im looking forward to getting it on the road. im ready to ask a ton of dumb questions. im totally new to motorcycles. i just had a few dirtbikes as a kid. there are always people talking smack on the internet.but everyone on here seems genuine, and certainly knowledgeable. anyway, ill be working on my bike ove rthe next month or so. thanks in advance! this forum is great.

Good call, GPZ!

Over the on the SOHC4 forums, the guys generously saved my butt and talked me through a few problems. Thanks to that I have a pretty nicely running old Honda 750Four, and I am grateful to them all.

I hope to find similar help here with my Trident, if (when! ) I need it. Though I haven't seen much mention of Tridents here...

Tridents ar about 1 in 10 around old Brit crowds, and they really don't seem to get the treatment that Bonnies do.

Still, there are a few here who know enough about them to help beyond the shop manual!
