I see you are trying to post from Photobucket, that's a good host, and one way to do it. Just paste your Direct Link from photobucket to the window that is opened up on this sites Reply icon. The pic icon is the square yellow icon with the mountain and picture on it.

I've just looked at your user profile and see you are only using the Standard Editor which doesn't show the pic icon. You will need to change your Editor.

Go into the User Control Panel (under the Main Menu L/H side of the page) and go to Edit Options, scroll down to the bottom of the page to Misc Options and then choose Enhanced Editor WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).

That gives you the editor you need for pics.

What you need to do is to present them so that they don't take up such a large screen which can be quite annoying for standard screen users.
