Weird. The bike in the photo with Steve on board is a 70 Bonneville, not the 67 that they touted as the bike. Something weird there.

I like the bikes that Clint Eastwood rode in one of his movies. It was a bout a six minute bike chase.

One was Magnum Force, where the MotoGuzzis magically changed into Triumphs when the stunt work needed to be done.

I forget the other one, but I think it was a grey or green Triumph Trophy and he was chasing a guy through a park.

That was a Bonnie chasing a Daytona in "Coogan's Bluff", and Coogan was "from Oklahoma, not Texas".

Trivia question of the day regarding that movie, what was the name of the band & song playing in the club he went to to find Linny Raven?

Double correct-O on the trivia. You got me on the "Arizona, not Texas" thing.

Other Motorcycle: Is there any other bike?

Thumbs up Appreciation

Steve McQueen had the Midas Touch. His dark red Ferrari 250 Berlinetta Lusso with tan interior, which had been immaculately restored to better than original condition, recently sold for somewhere over $400,000
