Need Wiring Diagram 1969 T120r Export

Could I impose on someone to scan a wiring diagram of the 1969 bonne for me. I am searching for a factory shop manual but will not have one for a week or so. I am ready now to pull the primary chain cover and outer gearbox cover. I need to fix the clutch which slips a bit and I believe is worn out. I have the plates and fibers and springs. I am also seeking to remedy popping out of 3 and 4 cogs. Any input on the popping out of gear would be appreciated.

The oil pressure light stays on and I need to check the old girls pressure. I don't know why none of the wiring diagrams I have show this devise. I recognised it as looking like an oil pressure sensor and used the forum to get a bit more information. Good info on NPT or straight thread. I have a number of automotive pressure sensors. This forum is a great place and the people here are very knowledgable and willing to share their years of experience on these wonderful machines.

I like to just sit and look at mine. It is very pleasing to the eye. Three of my biker friends have commented on how nice the bike looks. Better than my Norton. Bah Humbug!

I'd be glad to send you a fax (scan still not working ) if you have a fax number(in the U.S.)
I'll probably need at least the first few digits of the engine number since there are several diagrams for different engine nos.

jumping out of third most likely dogs on the layshaft gear (which mates with the layshaft first gear)worn selector forks, camplate ...afternoons work to pull the box apart with a manual if you are mechanically savvy, but really need to put the parts beside new ones to see where the wear is...doesnt take much wear on the dogs, and then the other bits suffer

try here for wiring diagrams ...if its a ratsnest of bodges and bad connectors almost easier to start from sratch if you know how to read a wiring diagram and use a soldering iron and crimping tool...hard to give answers tho as something that may be kindergarten for one would be out of the league of another , so take ANYTHING you read on an internet forum with a grain of salt

If it's a stock bike, a stock replacement wiring harness is less than 200 bucks, I think. Save you a lot of trouble.

Still Need Diagram

There is nothing wrong with my wiring loom. I just need a reference to tidy up a bit. Am looking for a shop manual as my works 350 and 500 twins manual and the haynes 1963 to 1983 manuals do not have the correct diagrams. I am a CD439** engine number. Thanks if you can scan it for me.

Altzheimers/;''[;/''' It is a 1970 bike.

1970 T120RT. Checked oil pressure with a calibrated S/W large face mechanical guage. The beast has 85-90 lb of pressure all the time. The bung hole is not tapered pipe. Has straight thread with cu washer. Finished my speedo restore and got a new bezel which I am not going to bend over when I put it on. I am going to lightly silicone it in place. Then it will come off readily if need be. What say ye all re the oil pressure? I am about ready to do my clutch and gearbox but I strained my wrist doing hedge trimming. Will have to go on the D/L for a few days or more. Thanks for all the input. I would still like some more difinitive info on popping out of gears. I am hoping it will be in the 1st tranny cover

Oil Pressure should be around 80-85 psi with a cold engine, 65-80psi at normal running speed and temp and 20-25psi at fast idle with engine hot

Cheers

The shift camplate might be worn, either the riveted pivot shaft is loose, allowing the plate to wobble, or there are notches worn in the track. The camplated plunger, accessible from the bottom (if you don't have a late 70-72) by removing the large hex nut, may have a worn nose or a weak spring.
Your engine should have bronze shift forks and they might be worn or them may have been installed with a roller missing...they should be riveted in place, but can fall off of used forks. Previous owner or mechanic may have missed that when assembling.
