Try Baxters Cycle in Marne Iowa. I don't have a link handy so you'll have to google them. I got one from them about a year ago. A repop, originals are very pricey if you can find one. Works fine.

Haven't bought one for a long time....and then there were two sources, Taiwan and India. Neither very good, but the Indian ones were truly horrible. Hopefully things have changed.
Make sure you tell them that you have the 5/8" axle and not the earlier 20mm.
