Triumph motors are totally and somewhat easily rebuildable. You will be able to find just about any part you need either new or used. If it is a chopper, the frame may have had all sorts of strange stuff done to it. But if you've got the time and skills, go slowly and put it back together.

Basket cases are totally unknown quantities until you get a parts book for the year matching the engine number.

Choppers are totally end-to-end as far as what you've got. Some are really well built, some are utter rubbish.
