So long, and thanks!

i got a buyer for the tiger after all. thanks everybody on this list for saving me so much time and money, and for putting up with dumb questions. this has been one of the best online communities i've ever witnessed. the way y'all give of yourselves with knowledge, experience, guesses (good and bad), and OPINIONS is great. i've only ever seen a few unseemly encounters, when that's usually the norm.

thanks again for everything. i'm definitely giving the buyer the url for this forum.

He'll be back. They always come back. In a few years he miss the feel of a Triumph and get another one.

I agree with the comments on this board. Very, very helpful to a novice with an old Triumph. I always want to try and do it myself and this board has been very helpful in that respect. I will take up the slack with dumb questions.
