ViLE, last time at the Britti Rally in 2003 for the 30th Anniversary I was shown roads from Lapua which were faster than 125Kms Hope to be there again for the 35th next year.
A friend tells me that it will be the oulu club and on Hailuoto Island again. You guys in the States really don't know what you are missing at the Finnish Britti Rally. Oh, and I get to ride across Sweden as well :chug:

Since the carb is working OK, other than the tickling,it sounds to me like the tickler is not pushing down the float enough. The inside of the button has a little pin that you can grab ahold of and pull out. I don't know if it's really supposed to be adjustable or not,but it can be done. :hihi: Just don't pull it out too far,or it will hold the needle valve open!
:chug:
Cheers!
Bruce

DAGAD: ...and the speeds were LEGAL too ? Unfortunately I haven't been to any Britti-Rally yet, I really should go to one. If You come from the Motherland of these machines, why am I missing out :|? If the 35th is next year, hope to see You there! And yeah, the roads are nice, if also the weather was nicer for longer I took a small ride around the Sipoo / Porvoo area (don't know if You're familiar...), Triumph didn't miss a beat, the roads were twisty with nice small hills up & down... wish it was summer & holidays all year round

Commando: Yep, thats my conclusion also. As soon as the season is over I'll take a good look... and come back here with a topic "Amal flooding" . Nah, I'll be extra careful...

Cheers gents, good & safe rides!

Yes, I have a friend in Vantaa. He is building a Triton using a Trident motor.
