My favorite Triumph was a Black and Chrome 1956 Tiger 110.
47 years latter, I now own a 1974 Bonneville T120 which is
about to become Black and Chrome.
First estimate for re-chrome, front fender and all mounting
parts is $400.00(Show Room quality).
Q. Any comments?

I can get very high quality work done for just a little less than 1/2 that price. About 1 month turn-around.

Triple plate, not cheap electro.

That price is though me. When I get together several projects, I get a price break that makes it worth my while.

I have one stacked up that has 27 pieces, mostly rims, hubs & axle parts, and another that is 6 pieces. One more order of a dozen or so parts and they're off to the plater.

On a one-at-a-time basis for end users, the price you got is probably a little high. But, you'll never get the price I get due to the fact that I send these guys significant business on a monthly basis, so they give me a volume discount.

e-mail me at grandpaulz at hotmail dot com, and I'll send you some before & after pictures.
