A question for my cousins in the UK or knowledgeable bros here in the US. I have before me, instructions on replacing the decal/transfer "Made in England" on my bike. It mentions coating the face of the decal with a thin layer of "adhesive varnish". Is this a special varnish? I have never heard of "adhesive" varnish. Any help will be appreciated as always. I dfu 2 decals already before I called Moore's for the instruction sheet. Thought they were water decals. Oh well. I bought 4 of them this time, just in case. Kadutz says we are not perfect. Things like this and dot #2 brake fluid reminds me of it all the time. :???:

Thanx's K, I believe that answers my question. I'll look for some "quick drying" varnish. I'm working on trying to post a flick of my scooter. I've got it up on the computer in the Olympus program, now I got to figure out getting it on the rat net. I've seen the thread in adapters for push ons, but I want to be able to go back to stock pipes in the future. I got a new set and a new seat when Moore's shut down. I've been thinking, with about 3 problems in 11,000 miles it's pretty reliable for an old bike. Have a good one. Frank

I only use water slide transfers, and these stick fine unless they get wet when they would peel off. That is why they should be varnished. I use a clear varnish like Humbrol, from your local toyshop, or any good non cellulose varnish, which would make them crinkle. Be careful to just go over the edges to seal them.
