Does anyone use the chat room here? I went to it and clicked on. it said someone with the same ip as mine was allready on it. whats up with that? how does the chatroom work ,if at all?

Red,
Evidently if you go in there, and then click on the Chat Room item again while you're in there, it tells you there's already someone with your name and IP address logged in. By cliking the Chat room item while you already in it, it thinks you're trying to log in again. If you get out for over 2 minutes, and just go again, all will be well. I think it's a security feature to stop others hijacking your conversation.

Most computer's are setup to block popups....the chat window itself is a popup and they need to be enabled for it to work.

I have tried using it ove rthe years and had the same problem.. so have come to the conclusion that it does not work.
Perhaps we could form a room on dalnet or something ???
