is it possible someone can email a colour wiring diagram, or at least tell me what colour wires the ignition cut-out are

The wires to the cutout/kill switch are:

Plain white from the ignition switch

White/Yellow (white with a yellow stripe) from the kill switch to the coils (or Boyer if fitted).

My book is pretty dirty, so don't know how well it would scan. If no-one else sends U one, let me know by PM and I'll give it a go.

I have a wiring diagram for your bike, but its not in colour. I could send you a scanned image, send me your e-mail address and I'll 'post' it to you. Might end up being a large-ish attachment though.
