The 1967 Bonnie is up and running!!! After much tinkering and beer, the stars finally aligned and she started and ran for the first time since I have had her. I'm so happy I could spit. This is my first Triumph after a string of Harley's, and Harley Chopper projects, and I have to say that the way that this thing is put together is a constant source of interest. WHOOPEE

One cool thing you find out about English bikes, is that they rarely use one part when 7 or 8 will do! :-D Welcome to the fold.

nobody answered about your ideal idle either: mine likes somewhere around 1000/1500 -- so i can shift into first without broadcasting my transmission and can idle without petering out.

Hey Jimmy-
Woohoo! Ain't it great?!? My '67 is still scattered over 1/2 of a grain bin. Waiting till I finish a BSA (I know, I know!!!) and a '67 Chevy shortbed that's at the bodywork phase. At least I have something to look forward to!
ENJOY!
