G'day folks,
A mate is soon to begin making up a wiring loom on his non-stock T150 project.
If anyone already has a wiring diagram, incorporating a Boyer/single phase alternator/Podtronic regulator/rectifier would it be possible for you to email me a copy?
regards
Cuppa

See the MAP cycle website. They have generic wiring diagrams there.

Use the stock diagram and draw it out large, like on two pieces of paper taped together on a counter top., overlay the Boyer diagram, removing the stock components that are replaced, noting where the box will be mounted.
Do the same with the podtronics unit, which will replace the rectifier and zener, and note it's mounting location.
Recopy or scan and print.
You can use colored sharpies and a ruler to lay out the wires, remember to note if you are switching to negative ground and adjust colors to match.
I'd use the Belden silvered, teflon-insulated mil-spec wire in 16 guage and solder all connections where possible. Use ring connectors on the coils instead of blade connectors, and anywhere else you can manage it, less prone to corrosion-related problems. Use shrink tube to form the harnesses.
