When I give my bike alot of gas it feels like the clutch slips, and the motor reves really high and then kinda equalizes. I seem to notice most often when I am passing, but I also notice it when the bike is cold in the morning as well. Any advice?

Well, if everything is adjusted right, I'd say your clutch plates need replaced, and or springs. Sometimes a slipping clutch can be felt when you kickstart it.

Depending on state of tune, and whether you've already adjusted everything correctly, it could be as simple as a cable/pressure plate/spring adjustment....assuming theres no Slick 50 or other oil treatment in the oil. Or it could be worn discs. Then in rare instances if it has extreme mileage or neglect "other related parts" could be worn...but doubtful. Start low$$$ and work up to high$$$ You could buy a gasket and pull it apart and give the spring screws 1+/- turn in (make sure the springs don't coil bind afterwards though) Manuals show how to adjust everything....of course you could just rip everything apart and check everything, mic. the discs etc.......Clutch set and new springs will most likely cure it though.
