I am getting pinking and am not sure what the carb settings should be for a 1970 T120.
I have Amal Mk 1 Concentric 930s with stock silencers and air filters. I am using Boyer ignition.

Thanks

Mark

settings are:
main jet:220
needle jet:107
needle :standard
needle clip:middle
pilot jet: 25 or without(hole)
air screw:unscrew 2 and a half turn
throttle cutaway:3.0
these are basic settings, you must ajust from that
pinking is often caused by weak mixture or advance too far
i had a pinking problem that i finally cured by fitting a richer throttle cutaway(3 changed to 2.5)
good luck and patience
alter only one thing at a time and try it.it can be fiddly but it worth the effort
hope it helps...
