I saw this in Vintage Bike:
Motorcycle Auction
It is very close to where I live. Wondering if it's worth taking a look for another project. The only problem is I know nothing about other marques other than Triumph.

Glad to see there are puppies sicker than me!
Is the auction any where near Maynard?
My opinion
Woods is a clean auction house they do the DeLand Fl auction during bike week.
When buying a bike at auction assume a worst case scenario as far as repairs go
If you are buying a brand you don't know don't spend money you cant afford to lose
By the way opinions are like the place where a asp snake lives (asp hole) everyone has one
If you are looking for a project, find what you like, and can afford it GO FUR IT

shoot yeah, dude. if nothing else, it's just fun to see a bunch of bikes all in one place. just because you go doesn't mean you HAVE to bid, and you might not even win if you do bid.

Jerry Wood is always a class act; been to Deland several times. I don't stay for the auction (SWMBO wouldn't understand the need for another bike), but it's always a treat to peruse the "menu". I understand that he's moved back to Massachusetts recently, as well.
I'll try to get there: Jim

Don't everyone get pissed at me, but the two BMW's look good. I know, Best Money Wasted, but since they don't have a 59 Bonnie up for auction I may have to look for something else!

I attend the Wood auction in Deland. It is a very well run, class act. I have yet to buy anything; though I do bid now and then.
