I've been looking for an experienced person to resleeve 3 Amal 600 Concentric carburetors on the US side of the pond. Seems like a wide range of materials used to resleeve (brass, chrome plated brass, steel). Any opinions or sources?

I'm also looking for a reliable rebuilder for the AMALs on my BSA Rocket 3 resto project.

Over time I've had two carbs re-sleeved. One was done in brass & the other in stainless steel. Both were equally good.

Would it not be cheaper and wiser in the long run to simply by NEW? I did with no regrets & no needless screwing around. :hammer:
