I've been up there a few times from my normal 5200 ft. here in Denver. Your bike will be fine- if it runs good where you are it will just have a slight loss of power up at altitude but that's it. If you were to actually live up there a re-jet probably would be advisable. But I haven't done anything down here in Denver and can earn a speeding ticket with the best of them. One note, watch out for sand in the curves, it seems to stick well after the spring snows depart and will give you a quick thrill if you come across it while cruising around a picturesque state road. Enjoy! Beats driving around flatlands.
