Daytona t100 Kickstart spindle issue

I was hoping someone could help me out here.

I am replacing a broken kickstart spindle on a 1970 Daytona t100. The part # stamped on it was 1827.

I purchased a replacement part according to my manual which is supposed to be # 57-1981 and thats how it was advertised, however, when I recived it the part, it had the number t1449.

I didnt noticed the number because visually, everything looked identical, however, it doesnt fit. The needlebearing hole is too small for the shaft.

I've searched for hours and cannot even find any number (t1449) that even exists for a Triumph.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
