Can I use T120 tappet blocks? Are they the same?

They certainly look the same in the pictures but I can't know for sure. Want to make sure before I buy!

Yeah I should probably get a T120 parts manual as well. Thing is, some parts DO fit but have different numbers. I assumed the numbers would be different for each bike.

I suppose that's ridiculous though... no point having two numbers for the same thing.

According to my `72 650 and `74 750 spares books they are the same.
Bear in mind the inlet is different to the exhaust.
As are the tappets.
Inlet block 70-9352
exhaust block 70-9353
Inlet tappets 70-3059R
Exhaust tappets 70-8801
