The dome nut in the centre of the chaincase is the screwed rod through hole B to the engine plate on the other side with spacers in the gaps.

OOO Very pretty.
Is that a commado front end?
Is that remote filter cooler lines coming from the timing cover?
I see you're not a fan of the swept back either.

The front end is a Yamaha xs650,I've got the original Roadholder front end in the garage but they need renovating. The remote oil filter kit is a Rowbotham conversion, and the pipes are TT's.

Man that looks good, always liked the looks of the older chaincase, over the newer rounder style.
I have a KR converted timing cover in my box of bits too, if i recall is it a commado or trident filter you run with it?
What oil cooler you running?

I've got a 66 atlas frame, 59 bonnie engine Sun rebuilt, wheels laced to a 2ls commando front brake ,and the atlas rear hub. Roadholders, couple of slickshifts, and new alloy tanks from I can't remember the name ,but someone on that side of the pond, not the tank shop, Bakers maybe?? Think they were in Wales. Anyway short circuit Lyta style with the indents, and a central oil tank. They are beautiful.
Misc little things, dynamo adjusters for trans etc.
Lots of things but more needed i'm sure.
