Twin leading shoe conversion for 67 T120?

thinking of upgrade for front brake on my 67 T120. What else do I need besides a TLS front wheel? Are there any mods to the fork necessary? Thoughts on how much this will help my braking?

thanks

You don't need to change your hub or axle. You definitely must use the same axle, because it suits your existing forks.
You only need to replace the brake plate with a '68-'70 brake plate.'69-'70 is prefered, because of the way the (shorter) cable is routed.

It will stop twice as good;good as a disc.
