I am trying to dismantle my T100R trans. I have the clutch apart down to the nut before the trap door cover plate. I have read my manual over and over but this nut isn't specifically addressed. I have tried my puller on it but it won't budge. I have used penetrating oil on it and pounded on the puller shaft to break the nut free but no luck. This nut holds the keyway. Am I missing something? Is this nut supposed to pull off? It is threaded on the inside where the keyway nut is. Look here for an image of the nut.

Thanks.

Shouldn't that be page 12 ? Anyway that is not a nut I think but just the clutch center. As indicated you should be able to pull that off, and it is NOT threaded. This hasn't posed a problem on one of my engines yet, so anyone else have some ideas ?

Maybe some previous person working on it used something extra to fix it real tight, Loctite perhaps, or an extra fixing somewhere ?
