I know this is not strictly about bikes, but this seems to be the most likely place to pose my question.

I'm looking for clothing and period accessories pertaining to the rocker era of the '50s ~ '70s. Things like original style jackets, boots etc and where to obtain them. Where can I get studs and badges etc? Where can I get information on the rocker scene of today? Can anyone point me in the right direction? :???:

Get yourself down to the Ace Cafe, they have a shop there with all the paraphernalia. Good burgers too.. Not too far from Sluff.

Also do a web search for Davida. They sell period look helmets etc. And the 59 club is still going strong.

Wow! That was a fast reply! Thanks.
Been down to the Ace a few times. Great place, food's fine, great people and a great atmosphere! One of these days I'm going to have to bring a camera with me and take some pics. It would be nice to do a ride out one day as well and then I might actually get to know some folks! Trouble is I never seem to get the time! At the moment I'm a bit of a loner (story of my life).
They do have some period stuff there, as you say, but I'm looking for more of a selection an actual shop I can walk around. they must exist - the mods have them!
