Hey Guys, I'm Filling out some papers to apply for a title for my '68 TR6C. What I need To Know is, Is the model a Trophy or a TR6C, Or Just TR6? I Know they are the same But I need to know which to write in for paperwork sake. I'm Hoping TR6C is fine, because thats what we wrote on the bill of sale, and the guy I got the bike from lives like 2 hours away. Thanks

What needs to be on the paperwork is EXACTLY what is stamped on your frame. Do not try to guess what the manufacturer or the dealer called it, use only what it shows it is. If your frame shows it as a TR6C then that is what you put down. Remember, virtually all states do not allow corrections or changes on any paperwork. If it says VIN, that is for exactly what is on the frame. If there are places for model or series or that sort of language you can put Trophy there as most states could care less about a model name that is not stamped on. If your frame is stamped TR6C put that down as the model. If your Bill of Sale says TR6C and the frame says TR6 you already have a problem.
