Ok…… It’s the day after Christmas, so what kind of goodies did you guys get?
Santa brought me the plating equipment I’ve had my eye on for a while.
I’m going to go play with it right now….. -Steve
My wife decided to focus her Christmas gifting on the Ducati 999S we bought last September. She went around to all the local Ducati dealers and even enlisted her boss's, boss's, boss (a Duc rider) to help her find the 2009 limited edition Ducati Arai Corsair V with the engine cutaway graphics in my size ($$$$ - ouch!). Then she bought me a Ducati/Dianese Tricolore jacket, Ducati cap and classic Duc T-shirt. This in spite of the fact that I have more riding gear than any 3 people need! I knew she was a "catch" when I married her!
Merry Christmas to all - hope nobody got coal in their stockings!

I must a been pretty nice. As I mentioned in another thread, my wife agreed to pay to have my TR6 speedo and tach rebuilt through Don Hutchinson. Works out that because she went over budget, she could only pay for half, but it's the thought that counts.....right?
After years of moaning about naf "biker" tat , my wishes were heeded and l did not get one bike related present. Instead l got loads of non bike naf tat , you cannot win!!.
It was a pretty good xmas for me, too. Got those electric glove liners (installed this afternoon and they work great!), the Four Aces 650 engine rebuild video, and the Triumph Trophy Bible.

" naf" is a term for crap, made famous by the Queens daughter, Princess Anne , so favoured by toffs. "toff" being short for toffee nosed, i.e. walking with your nose in the air so you cannot smell the working classes i.e. you. "tat" is short for tatty or ragged . Don't worry l cannot understand hip hop!.
My pops was growing tired of my coming over to leech his compressors, so I got a little 6 gallon compressor with some nice air tools and a really nice Craftsman motorcycle lift. Can't complain on that one!
