Clutch slipping. How-to adjust?

I recently puchased a '67 T100C. Had some work done on engine and while in the break-in period I have had issue with clutch slipping. It orginally was only in 3rd gear. I messed with the 'adjuster pin nut' for the 'clutch operating rod'. Now the issue seems to only be happening in 2nd gear. Now in 2nd gear it will actually pop out of gear.

Question: Does this sound like an issue resolved with adjustment of adjuster pin nut & clutch rod?? Or am I looking at replacing the 'clutch plates'. I have watched 'lunman' YouTube video on 'setting up the clutch' and looks fairly straight going.

Anybody had similiar issues with bikes clutch? If so, what was you resolution?

Hi,
It sounds like a clutch adjustment issue. It's very easy to adjust.
1) FULLY slacken off the cable at the lever.
2) FULLY slacken off the adjuster at the other (gearbox) end of the cable.
3) Slacken off the lock nut on the clutch.
4) Turn the adjuster screw until it just touches the operating rod (you will feel this)
5) Back the screw off 1/4 of a turn.
6) Retighten the locknut
7) Take up any slack in the cable using the adjuster at the gearbox end of the cable.
8) Do the final adjustment at the lever.

And most important watch Plewsy's (lunmad's) video. It's here under the technical tips and tricks section.

I hope this helps
