I had just rewired my 1978 Bonneville T140V cycle (the minus on the chassis instead off the “+” on the chassis), including my Boyer Single Phase Power Box and the Micro Digital Ignition Box with 2 Lucas 17M12 ignition coils in serie. Everything works fine.
Now, I will connect a new Acewell 2853 Speedo/RPM meter.
Question: I read in the setup documentation that I have to set the number of machine rotations per signal. I have 4 options: 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 0.5. What is the right number for my setup?
For your info, in idle mode the RPM meter displays about 500 RPM when the engine is idling with the default setting of 1.
