Engine Decoding Help

Hey Guys,

For those with the books or resources. I have an engine number: EE21069 TR6C

I do believe this is a 71 OIF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks, Since it's a C model, does anybody know how many TR6C were produced in 1971?
Also, other than visuals, such as high pipes, what is the difference in the C model?

Thanks again.

C stood for "competition" and was really a styling issue designed for the USA semi-off road market. A figure of 3056 units is given for the build total of TR6C for the 71 Model yr.

Full history of the Trophy and equivalent Tigers is given in "The Triumph Trophy Bible" Harry Woolridge www.velocebooks.com
