My classic club here in Nth NSW Australia has a yearly rally for classic bikes. Photos are of some of the classics from the weekends rally. Not all Triumphs but some good examples of classics

Here's the bike that started it all for me. It's now is just about as many pieces and rubbermaid bins as possible. It's a 1971 Honda CB450 but the tank is off a 68 or 69 K1 model...
Shortly after this photo was taken (3 or 4 years ago now...) I broke a fin off the clutch basket and it went pinging around the bottom case causing death and destruction and rendering the bike unable to shift out of second gear...the fin was jammed into the transmission. Along the way it managed to destroy the kickstarter pinion gear, the shift shaft and shift drum forks. It took two years to source parts but the bottom end is rebuilt, it's been bored to .50 over and fitted with brand new valves and cams. The frame is out for powder coat. Probly be another two years before it runs again as I just bought a Triumph and seem to be quite distracted.
