Try these IXS boots.
Water proof, yes very much so.
I rode thru 3 hours of rain in Vermont--NH, dry and warm.
I wear a 10.5 wide, these fit perfect.

Same here-duck feet. Someone mentioned Oxtars- They have changed their name and logo. XCT or something. I wear 11EEEE. Anyone with wide feet have good riding boots that fit?

You may be able to reduce that width if you insert thicker soles into the boot. This lifts your foot into the roof of the boot, effectively thinning the profile. They did the opposite with my ski boot and it works wonders.
Try the Dr. Scholl's athletic gel insert (about $15.00), trim them down to your footprint and give it a shot??

++

I love my Red Wings. I just bought my second pair. The old pair were 7 years old and I used them for EVERYTHING. Riding my motorcycle, riding horses, camping, bailing hay, construction, hiking, etc..

I have the 8" lace ups with the long-life sole.

I wear 10EE and these fit me perfectly.
