ok - first post crashed - second post was weak but these boots are not. I already own 2 pairs of sidi OnRoadGore so I figured that i could order the Streetburners by mail safely and guess what the fit was spot on - Yeah sidi. although as they are kinda race boots they are a little more narrow but really, the ONROADS are stompin boots with no real finesse.
so many great things. hmm the toe box is not all chucky high so it will fits nicely under shifter. The vents , ah okay i suppose if you are flying down the highway in Hell but for Halifax I'm gonna keep them closed. The heel guard looks crazy big in the photos but quickly fades under jeans. the colour is black with a little red accents -cool. The treads, a little race for me but tell you later after i have walked around for a while. the awesome ankle protection - its got this brace kinda mad max lookin thing that goes up one side BUT note these are short boots so no calve protection. Ohh and finally the ratchet closure thingy , the directions sucked but once i stumbled onto the little button that makes them work - well very cool and can rachet them down to Holy Crap that is waaayyy tooo tight.
overall - if you have tonnes of money to waste dont want to wear running shoes and want to look extremely cool - go buy a pair.
